Steps to Becoming a Loksa AIR
Purchasing Options:
There are two ways to purchase your Preferred Customer Programme:
1) A one-off payment
2) Annual subscription
(annual subcscription unavailable in New Zealand)
Only PCPs bought on a one-off payment basis will be available during the pre-launch phase in each country. Once sold out, Loksa will only operate under a subscription model.
To become a Loksa AIR follow these simple steps:
1) Arrange a meeting with a Loksa Building Consultant to have any questions answered about the Loksa Preferred Customer Programme.
2) Agree to Loksa’s terms and conditions and sign the contract.
3) Loksa will generate an invoice.
4) Pay for your PCP by depositing the funds directly into Loksa’s bank account. Account details available on request. Loksa will issue you a receipt of payment within ten working days.
5) Orientation period: Loksa will help establish yourself as an Authorised Independent Reseller.
Note: As an Authorised Independent Reseller, you can trade either as a sole trader, partnership or limited liability company. Loksa recommends that you seek professional advice when establishing your business.
Reselling your Loksa Preferred Customer Programme
Each Loksa Preferred Customer Programme has been designed to offer a strong business structure to operate within. Loksa’s focus is to maximise the value of its PCPs so as to enable the greatest success to its Loksa AIRs. It is envisaged that, as Loksa grows, the value of Loksa PCPs will also grow. Under a single purchase agreement, Loksa has established a four year restraint of resale on all PCPs.
This time period ensures that people that have bought a Preferred Customer Programme for investment purposes do not create a secondary market prematurely.
This four year period allows Loksa and its Loksa AIRs time to add value based on a track record rather than speculation.
All resale of Loksa PCPs will be controlled through Loksa. Loksa reserves the first right of refusal in the purchase of the Loksa PCP from you.
