The Role of a Loksa Building Consultant

Ultimately business is about relationships and Loksa is committed to looking after our Loksa AIRs.

As a Loksa AIR, you will have a dedicated Building Consultant assigned to you for the duration of your project. Their role is to work closely with you, to help co-ordinate and manage Loksa’s processes and your project’s tasks, so things go smoothly as possible. They will be your primary point of contact at Loksa.

Your Building Consultant will demonstrate how Loksa’s on-line software works, so you and your client can be kept up to date on the home’s progress.

The Building Consultant will explain the home building process, as shown in the Loksa Home timeline. They will work with you to determine your client’s needs, using Loksa’s Design Brief. They will then work though each step of the process with you.

Once you or your client have a section or lot and have completed all the necessary documentation, contact your Loksa Building Consultant.
