Your role as a Loksa Authorised Independent Reseller is to represent your own company and sell Loksa Homes.
Your role as an Authorised Independent Reseller is limited only by the capital available to you or the time you can commit. As long as your business adheres to Loksa’s reseller guidelines, it’s your choice whether you aggressively expand your business or simply use the preferential price benefits to build your own home.
As a Loksa AIR you will work through the ordering process with your client and ensure they understand the design, manufacturing and construction processes for their home. Loksa will supply you with the material necessary to formulate a very tight design brief. Once all the necessary information is gathered, a Loksa Building Consultant will work with you to develop a concept plan through Loksa’s architectural partner – Crofts Co.
If you are building investment properties, the Preferred Customer Programme has been structured to allow you the opportunity to create your own market niche. For example, you may choose to specialise in a particular build type within the Loksa Home Series. Alternatively, you can work with your Loksa Building Consultant and Crofts Co to develop custom homes for a specific market, whether it be multi-level apartments or a top-end luxury home.
Due to Loksa’s Green Credential Standard, you also have the opportunity to provide eco-efficient homes, which will ultimately be fully functional off-the-grid. Three-level apartment blocks, transportable homes and family homes are all possible market niches as an Authorised Independent Reseller.
